Where will AI take pharmaceutical science?
The AIPM Conference is a two-day event that aims to unite leaders in statistics, data science, and related fields to address AI's challenges and opportunities in pharmaceutical medicine. The event is a collaboration between Northeastern University, Pfizer, and the American Statistical Association.
During my internship at Northeastern's Office of the Provost, I was tasked with working closely with Pfizer to design and develop both web and print materials for the 2024 edition of the symposium.

Goal
The core visual identity of the conference was already set in stone, so it was my job to successfully apply this branding to booklets, wayfinding signage, banners, tablecards, and digital advertisements.
Product
After three months of collaboration with Pfizer and the conference organizers, the final materials reflected a cohesive and professional visual experience across web and print deliverables. Seeing the designs come to life at the conference was a rewarding culmination of months of thoughtful iteration, coordination, and execution.
Pfizer asked me to design an informative booklet that included details and logistics about the event, a map of Northeastern's campus, and popular places to dine at around Boston.
I was tasked with designing each piece of signage, which included banners, schedule posters, and wayfinding materials for indoor and outdoor spaces.
Promotional materials for the conference included LinkedIn and Instagram posts, physical flyers, and an animated gif.
Lastly, the event's free merchandise included pens and notebooks, both of which I had the pleasure of designing.
